Azadeh Eskandarzadeh, Acsenda School of Management

Azadeh Eskandarzadeh is a dedicated instructor and DBA candidate at UCAM, interested in research on aspects of marketing management in higher education. Having taught business courses for a number of years and developed curricula, she has been involved with providing innovative and inclusive learning opportunities for students. Azadeh's research focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, and change management in educational institutions; therefore, it provides practical recommendations that will be useful in the improvement of academic programs. Her academic credentials and professional practice in strategic marketing and business communication form the basis of her commitment to the advancement of knowledge and meaningful educational experiences.

Yunona Gogia, Acsenda School of Management

Yunona Gogia is an experienced higher education professional with 20 years of teaching various career colleges, business schools, and university courses. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Journalism from Tbilisi State University (TSU), a Master of Arts Degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Global Barcelona School of Business (GBSB), and a University Diploma in Japanese Linguistics from Moscow State University. Yunona is a Bachelor of Hospitality Management Instructor at Acsenda School of Management in Vancouver, BC. Yunona's professional experience includes 15 years of ownership and management of food and beverage businesses, hence, her interest in practical knowledge transfer.
