Abstract

This presentation examines strategies for encouraging student engagement in extra-curricular activities through incentivization. Drawing from a case study of successful implementation, the session explores how structured recognition and reward systems can significantly increase student participation in non-academic programming. The presenters will share practical approaches to designing incentive frameworks, tracking participation, addressing barriers to involvement, and measuring impact on student development and institutional outcomes. Specific examples of effective incentivization models will be provided.
