Abstract

This full research paper examines Chinese international graduate students' experiences of engagement in online learning within Canadian higher education through an ecological perspective. The presentation will share findings from a comprehensive study analyzing the multiple factors that influence these students' participation, interaction, and learning outcomes in virtual educational environments. The research identifies key challenges, successful engagement strategies, and institutional practices that effectively support this specific student demographic's academic journey.
