Abstract

This full research paper presents comprehensive best practices for educators navigating the rapidly evolving AI-enhanced education landscape. The presentation will cover practical strategies for effectively integrating AI tools into teaching methodologies while maintaining pedagogical integrity. Topics include ethical AI implementation, developing AI literacy among faculty, designing AI-enhanced assessments that foster critical thinking, and creating balanced learning environments that leverage technology while preserving essential human elements of education. Real-world examples and evidence-based recommendations will be shared.

Dr. Amit Kohli, Post Doctorate Research at the University of Arizona, USA, Ph.D., India, and two Master's degrees. He has more than 20 + years of academic and industrial experience. He has been bestowed the Best teacher award and young scientist award. He has about 50 research papers to his credit. His papers are published in various Global Journals of repute such as Taylor & Francis, Springer, Inderscience, Emerald, etc. He has participated in various international conferences held in countries such as the UK, Italy, etc. He has two patent designs and one utility patent for his recognition.

Ajay K. Garg, Fairleigh Dickinson University

Dr. Ajay K. Garg is a Professor and Associate Director, School of Public and Global Affairs, Vancouver campus. He looks after the MAS Program as Program Director. He had been a Senior Professor in the School of Business Studies, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), India, and other institutions. He has more than 23 years of academic experience in academics. He has been a successful administrator and a management professor accredited by the All-India Management Association. Additionally, he has about 14 years of industry experience in the areas of operations and international business.
