Internal Quality Assurance and the Student Experience at Independent Institutions

Abstract

This research-in-progress paper explores internal quality assurance systems at independent educational institutions and their impact on student experience. The presentation examines best practices in quality management, feedback mechanisms, continuous improvement processes, and their correlation with student satisfaction and success outcomes. Special attention is given to how quality assurance frameworks can be tailored to address the unique needs of independent institutions and their diverse student populations.

Dr. Parinita Malhotra has more than 23 years of teaching Experience. She had been Coordinator Internal Quality Assurance Cell and delivered more than 10 lectures for National Universities being telecasted by 9 different Channels.

Harleen Aggarwal, Western Community College

Harleen Aggarwal is an instructor at Western Community College, Surrey with expertise in quality assurance and student experience assessment.
